Journeys - Chair Yoga Class
Stephanie Neighbor Kubik, Certified Yoga Teacher and Owner of Vella Yoga (Marion), will lead the group in a seated chair yoga session. Enjoy the reflective and healing practice of mindful movement in a group setting.
