Alaysia Jay Lewis, the daughter of Bryon Lewis and Liz Ostrem, was stillborn, Friday, July 18, 2008, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Graveside Service: 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 23, 2008, at Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her parents; and her brother, Kaleek Lewis.
Also surviving are her grandparents, Michael and Elsie Lewis and Margie and Jay Love.
