Anthony D. "Tony" Kennedy

Anthony D. Kennedy 49, of Columbia, Missouri, passed away, Friday, July 13, 2007 at University of Missouri Hospital, Columbia. Memorial Services in Iowa 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2007, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, with family receiving friends one hour prior to the service. Burial: Linwood Cemeter, Cedar Rapids.
Anthony was born on May 23, 1958 in Columbia, Missouri, to Donald R. and Janet Bundy Kennedy. He graduated from Columbia College. He worked as a LPN at Boone Hospital and University of Missouri Hospital for 10 years and for eight years at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, AZ.
He was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, MU Tiger and Hickman Kewpies.
Survivors include: his mother and step-father, Richard F. Johnson, Sr.; two step-brothers, Louis Craven and wife Myra of Phoenix, AZ and Richard F. Johnson, Jr. of Cedar Rapids, IA; two step-sisters, Angela Johnson of Cedar Rapids, IA and Tracy Higgins of Minneapolis, MN; two step-nephews, Jared Johnson and Maurice Higgins and two step-nieces, Candace Johnson and Traleena Higgins; two great-nephews, many aunts, uncles and cousins; special cousins, Byron, Derrick, Linda and Nancy Bundy and Patrick and Rita Fleenor and four special aunts, Doris and Betty Bundy, Barbara Elam and Donna Akers.
He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents and three uncles, Dale,
William and Fred Bundy.
Memorials may be given to the Kidney Foundation or American Diabetes Association.
Tony was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all.
