Audrie Maxine Stephan (Domer)

Audrie Maxine Stephan, 83, a resident of Living Center West, Cedar Rapids, and formerly of Marion, died Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Cedar Rapids. Services: 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 15, 2010 at First Baptist Church, Marion. The family will greet friends from 1 – 4 p.m., Sunday, February 14, 2010, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Marion. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Survivors include her children, Kathy Stephan, Dan Stephan, and Tim Stephan, all of Marion; 3 grandchildren, Amber, Michael, and Dayton; 1 great-grandchild, Kaia; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 60 years, Wilmer Dayton Stephan; a son, Gary Stephan; and a brother, Bob Domer.
Audrie was born June 3, 1926, the daughter of Earl and Letta (Allen) Domer, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Audrie was a member of the First Baptist Church in Marion. She was a leader for the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Campfire Girls. Everyone loved Audrie’s crafts. Audrie loved spending time with her grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Audrie’s memory.
