Clarice Ann Weber, 86, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at her home. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 7, 2025, at Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Manchester. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 8, 2025, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Manchester with the Reverend Gabriel Anderson officiating, an additional visitation will be held one hour prior to mass. Clarice was born on June 26, 1939, in Dunkerton, Iowa, the daughter of Hugh and Dorothy (Meier) Fettkether. Clarice graduated from Don Bosco High School in 1957 and was proud to be part of the school’s first graduating class. On October 21, 1957, Clarice was united in marriage to LeRoy Weber at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Gilbertville. Together they were blessed with eight children and spent many years farming in the Winthrop and Manchester areas.

After raising her family, Clarice worked at Delaware County Memorial Hospital and later at the Good Neighbor Home, where she dedicated many years of service before retiring in 2024. Clarice enjoyed camping, listening to polka music, taking gambling trips, reading a good book, and canning countless jars of grape juice and corn. She lovingly prepared many meals for her family and cherished the time spent together around the table.

A woman of deep faith, Clarice was a devoted member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Manchester. She was active in the Catholic Daughters of America Society and Bible Study Club. Clarice will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and love of family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Clarice is survived by her children, Peggy (Dave) Frentress of Dyersville, Becky Johnson of Marion, Rick Weber of Manchester, Cheryl (Lynn) Stone of Edgewood, Bob Weber of Manchester, Ron (Lori) Weber of Manchester, Linda (Brad) Bird Winthrop, Jerry (Laura) Weber of Manchester; grandchildren, Jason Frentress, Nick Johnson, Lindsey Grubb, Megan Klostermann, Molly St Clair, Whitney Rave, Marissa Thome, Jenna Anthony, Kyle Weber, Derek Weber, Holly Fangman, Alexandra Plate, William Bird, Lucas Bird, Jade Heth, Gage Weber, Isla Weber, and one on the way; 22 great-grandchildren; and her siblings, James (Karen) Fettkether, Louis Fettkether, Karen (Ron) Hall, Dorothy (Jim) Sadler, and her sisters-in-law, Mary Fettkether, Carol Bloes, and Jo Weber.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Dorothy Fettkether; husband, LeRoy Weber in 2009; son-in-law, Dennis Johnson; siblings, John Fettkether, Donald Fettkether, Gerald Fettkether, Audrey Babinat and her in-laws, Wayne Weber and Phyllis Milbach.
