DeLoras "Dee? R. Hager, 97, of Manchester, Iowa, formerly of Washington, Iowa,
died at her home on May 29, 2006, after a short illness.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm on Thursday, June 1, 2006, at First
Lutheran Church, Manchester. Visitation will be after 1:00 pm on Thursday at
the church. Burial will be in Oak Knoll Memorial Park, Sterling, Illinois,
at 11:00 am on Friday, June 2. Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation
Service, Manchester, is in charge of arrangements.
Dee was born November 18, 1908 the daughter of J. Walter & Edith
(Lindsey) Triggs of Atchison, Kansas. She attended school in the Atchison
and Sterling areas. On April 14, 1928, Dee married Walter M. Hager.
She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Manchester. She enjoyed
playing cards, sewing and spending time with her family.
Many nieces, nephews and cousins survive Dee. She was preceded in death by her parents, J. Walter & Edith Triggs; her husband, Walter Hager; and one brother, DeLoss R. Triggs.
