Dennis Lee Braun, 56, of 1126 Old Quarry Rd., Mt. Vernon, died at his home following a sudden illness. Memorial Services: 10 a.m. Saturday, December 2, 2006, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion, by the Rev. Del Bear. The family will greet friends from 4 - 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Survivors include two daughters, Lisa Ferguson of Sterling, Colorado, and Lori (Scott) Luft of Julesburg, Colorado; two brothers, Daryl (Becky) Braun of Marion and Dick (Diana) Braun of Louisburg, Kansas; a sister, DeAnn Hakert of Washington, Iowa; and two grandchildren, Dustin and Delaney.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial fund has been established in memory of Dennis.
