Eleanor Claire Ford (Ford)

Eleanor Claire Ford, 92, formerly of Marion, died Friday, October 26, 2007, at the Monticello Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a long illness. Graveside Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday, October 29, 2007, at Oak Shade Cemetery in Marion, Iowa, by the Rev. Jay Miller. Arrangements are with Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion.
Survivors include a brother, Leighton (Joyce) Ford of Marion; and a sister, Reva (Lee) Dice of Wooster, Ohio. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Russell Ford and Lynn Ford; and her sisters, Doris Ford and Phyllis Sheer.
Eleanor was born on September 22, 1915, the daughter of B.H. and Myrtle
(Carver) Ford in Marion, Iowa. She was a graduate of Marion High School.
