Elizabeth A.“Betty” Kintzle, 76, of Earlville, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Visitation for Elizabeth will be held, Monday, February 22, 2021, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, in Manchester. A Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manchester, with the Reverend Gabriel Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Manchester. Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Manchester is assisting the family. All guests are respectfully requested to wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Elizabeth was born November 14, 1944, in Holy Cross, Iowa, the daughter of Edmund and Virginia (Gotto) Kluesner. She graduated from Manchester High School. Elizabeth married Dale Kintzle and two sons were born into this union. The couple later divorced. She worked in housekeeping at Holy Family Hospital in Estherville, Iowa. Elizabeth retired and in 2018, moved to Earlville to be closer to her family. She enjoyed going shopping, spending time on the lake, going to movies and was always on the go with her family. Elizabeth loved the holidays, especially Christmas and her collection of snowmen. Her greatest love was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Elizabeth is survived by her sons, Dan Kintzle and Kathy of Estherville, Iowa, Don Kintzle (Amanda) of Manchester; four grandchildren, Aaron, Addisyn, Matt, Meghin; four great-grandchildren, Brylea, Landri, Eastyn, Lincoln; siblings, Patrick (JoAnn) Kluesner, David Kluesner, Kathy (Dan) Hunt; sisters-in-law, Alice Kluesner and Gloria Kluesner.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edmund and Virginia Kluesner and brothers, Loras and Lyle Kluesner.
