Heidi Lou Alberta Stephens, 33, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday, December 3, 2017, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Heidi was born June 20, 1984, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Mark Stephens and Tracy Hoppe. She grew up enjoying fishing, camping, hiking, boating and anything that had to do with the outdoors. Heidi loved nature, the sun, sky, and trees. She was a very caring and giving person who loved her pets and enjoyed life.
She is survived by her children, Michael, Wehttam, and Nelliece; mother, Tracy Hoppe; father Mark Stephens; brothers, Andrew Stephens and Trent Hoppe; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
