Jacqueline Jane Teegarden, 88, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Saturday, September 19, 2009, at the Northbrook Manor Care Facility, Cedar Rapids. There will be no services.

Jacqueline “Jackie”, the daughter of the late Paul and Nellie (Herring) Oradat, was born in Marion, Indiana. She attended Marion Public Schools and is a retiree of the Foster-Forbes Glass Company, Marion, Indiana. During her retirement, she was employed at Arby’s in Springfield, Illinois, where she enjoyed the company of many friends. Jackie loved dancing, playing cards and watching golf on TV. She was a devoted mother, a loving and caring grandmother.
Survivors include a sister, Mary Goss of Martinsville, Indiana; two sons, Stephen Teegarden (Mary) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Ted Teegarden (Janet) of Petersburg, Illinois; four grandchildren, Stephanie and Jeffery of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Jacob and Joseph of Petersburg, Illinois; six nieces, Sandra Sage of Denver, Colorado, Susan Miller (Gary) of Martinsville, Indiana, Sharol Weddle of Martinsville, Indiana, Sara Edwards (Tony) of Martinsville, Indiana, Sally Goss of Decatur, Illinois, and Connie Schwartz (Jerry) of Lady Lake, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Pauline Foust of Lady Lake, Florida; a niece, Gretchen Ann Little; and two brothers, Paul Oradat, Jr. & John Oradat.
