Joshua J. Cook, 29, formerly of Cedar Rapids, and a resident of Burlington, Iowa, died Friday, December 26, 2003, in his home from medical complications. Memorial Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2003, at First Assembly of God in Cedar Rapids by the Rev. Rick Gail. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are by Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion.
Survivors include his mother, Peggy Cook of Burlington; his father, Tim Cook of Kingman, Arizona; his children, Layne and Gracie Cook of Hiawatha; a brother, Matt Cook of Cedar Rapids and Matt?s son, Jordan; his grandparents, Mike and Myron Bisek and Jeff and Bea Cook, all of Cedar Rapids; and two half sisters, Kelly and Jakki.
Joshua was born September 15, 1974, the son of Tim and Peggy Bisek Cook in Cedar Rapids.
A memorial fund has been established in memory of Joshua.
