Kenneth Roland Rich

Kenneth R. Rich, 77, of Elk, Washington, died Thursday, February 21, 2008 at the Regional Medical Center in Manchester, Iowa, following a sudden illness.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Manchester is in charge of arrangements.
Kenneth was born February 15, 1931 in Arizona, the son of Roland Lupher and Gertrude (Hall) Atchison. He graduated from Nordoff High School in Ojai, California then worked as a mechanic for Ford Motor Company. Ken most recently operated Ken’s Small Engine Repair in Elk, WA.
Ken is survived by two sons, Darrel (Julie) Rich of Manchester and Earl (Lyane) Rich of Spicer, MN; six grandchildren, Isaiah, Faith, McKenzie, Courtney, Avery and Dakota Rich; a sister, Jeanette (Jim) Williams of Airway Heights, WA; a sister-in-law, Charlene Rich of Central Point, OR; three half-sisters; and a half-brother.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Ralph Rich; and a half-sister.
