Linda Rae Stiles

Linda Rae Stiles, 55, of 1914 Eastern Dr. SW, Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, March 8, 2007, in Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids, following a terminal illness. Services: 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 12, 2007, at the Salem United Methodist Church by the Rev. Linda Bibb. The family will greet friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, March 11, 2007, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids and 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial: 12:30 p.m. Monday at Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her daughters, Irene Cinnamon Herrick and husband Jim of Cedar Rapids and Mary Ann Lees and husband Jason of Kingsley, Iowa; two grandchildren, Racheal Anne Herrick and Thomas William Lees; two sisters, Lori (Amos) Ducksworth of York, Pennsylvania and Lynette Stafford of Ozark, Missouri; a brother, Lonnie Wildt of Fort Dodge, Iowa; five nieces; and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; a brother, Larry Wildt; her father, Delbert Wildt; and her mother and stepfather, Tereasa and Milford Schoon.
Linda was born November 3, 1951, in Fort Dodge, Iowa. On June 6, 1975, she was united in marriage to Harold William Stiles in Reno, Nevada. He died March 2, 1997. Linda worked at Randall Foods and most recently for Wal-Mart. She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church and also a member of Epworth United Methodist Church of Fort Dodge, Iowa.
A memorial fund has been established in memory of Linda.
