Luella M. Schlotterback, 75, of 1190 9th Ave., died Monday, March 28, 2005, at St. Luke?s Hospital, following a lengthy illness. Services: 10 a.m. Thursday, March 31, 2005, at Marion Christian Church by Rev. Bob Kunz. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion and one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery in Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her children, Lyn (Frank) Mickam, Lori (Al) Mast and J.D. (Susann) Schlotterback, all of Marion; a sister, Lois Kennedy of Cedar Rapids; seven grandchildren, Jerimiah, Sarah, Jon, Paige, Jenny, Chad and Margie; a great-granddaughter, Elyse; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Lucille Santee; and her brother, Lowell Steggall.
Luella was born February 20, 1930, the daughter of Arthur Basil and Lulu Doris Suzanna (Hoth) Steggall in Cedar Rapids. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary and Marion Christian Church.
Memorials may be made in Luella?s memory to Marion Christian Church.
