Margaret "Maggie? Irene Kellison, 60, of 204 7th Ave., Hiawatha, died Friday, October 1, 2004, in St. Luke?s Hospital, Cedar Rapids, after an extended illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2004, at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Cedar Rapids, by the Rev. T. Edwards Breed and Vicar Nathan Allen. Burial: Shiloh Cemetery, Hiawatha. Friends may call from 4- 8 p.m. Monday (Oct. 4, 2004,) at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion.

Survivors include her husband, Virgil; three sons, Michael (Lisa) Kellison of Marion, Donald (Karleen) Kellison of Appleton, Wisconsin, and Randy (Deb) Kellison of Cedar Rapids; five brothers, Eldon (Lois) Thompson of Cedar Rapids, Robert Engbretson of Marion, Kenneth Engbretson of Cedar Rapids, Richard (Sharon) Engbretson of Jesup and Lyle (Beth) Engbretson of Charlotte, North Carolina; eight grandchildren, Skylair, Jenny, Britni, Lindsey, Brooke, Megan, Kyle and Blake; and two great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Calleigh.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Helen Gillespie; and her in-laws, Donald and Virginia Kellison.

Maggie was born the daughter of Elmer and Eva Erickson Engbretson on August 6, 1944, in Decorah, Iowa. On November 30, 1968, she was united in marriage to Virgil George Kellison in Moline, Illinois.

Maggie was a bookkeeper for Nash Finch grocery stores for thirty years. She was an active member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids and loved fishing, bowling, NASCAR, reading and helping other people.
