Marie A. Seely, 54, a resident of ManorCare, Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, July 6, 2003, in St. Luke?s Hospital, following a brief illness. Memorial Services: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2003, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids. Services performed by Joe Pledge of New Life Church of God in Christ. Family will greet friends from 1:00 until service time on Wednesday.
Survivors include four daughters, Audra, JoLynda, Roseanne Seely, all of Cedar Rapids and Felicia Williams of Houston, Texas; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Nathaniel Seely, Jr. and family of Michigan and Mike Seely and family of Wisconsin; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathaniel, Sr and Jean Seely; and a brother, Douglas Seely.
Marie was a member of the New Life Church of God in Christ. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Marie will be missed and remembered by all.
