Mary Ann Lampe, 72, a resident of the Abbe Center and recently Living Center West, died Wednesday, April 7, 2004, at St. Luke?s Hospital, following a long illness. Services: 9:00 a.m., Friday, April 9, 2004, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Cedar Rapids, by Father Mark Osterhaus of St. Matthews Catholic Church. Friends may call Friday from 8 to 9 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial: St. Joseph?s Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Mary Ann is survived by her brothers, Kenneth Lampe, Donald Lampe and Francis Lampe, all of Cedar Rapids, Daryle Lampe of Hiawatha; her sisters, Donna Mae Long of Melbourne, Florida and Lois Clancy of Cedar Rapids; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Helen Walsh.
Mary Ann was born November 2, 1931, in Bancroft, Iowa, the daughter of Henry Killian and Marie Helen (Wilhelmi) Lampe. She was a resident of the Abbe Center.
