Patricia M. Morse, 72, of 3060 Wilson Avenue SW, Cedar Rapids, died Monday, May 31, 2004, at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City, following a short illness. Services: 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 3, 2004, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, by Rev. Dr. Glenn Hunt. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, June 2, 2004, at the funeral home. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her children, Ralph D. Morse (Judy Penn), of Cedar Rapids and James S. Morse (Kristi), of Aliso Viejo, California; four grandchildren, Todd of Marengo, Ryan of Cedar Rapids, Kayleigh and Megan, both of California; and a sister, Carol Jane Hamilton of Cedar Rapids.
She was preceded in death by her husband; and her parents.
Patricia was born April 27, 1932, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Ralph and Daisy (Condon) Nandell. She married Ralph A. Morse on May 1, 1952, in Marion, Iowa. He died in 2002. Patricia was a secretary at Standard Register Company. She was a member of Eden United Church of Christ.
