Naomi Davis, licensed Music Therapist representing Music Speaks, will lead the group in a music therapy demonstration. Learn how music can impact mood and creativity, reduce stress, and serve as an outlet to express emotions.
Journeys was created in order to provide support to those in our community who have experienced the loss of someone they love, with the understanding that grieving hearts need care, connection, and access to resources.
The June Journeys meeting will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, June 10th at The Legacy Center at Murdoch-Linwood: 520 Wilson Avenue SW, Cedar Rapids.
Cost is free to attend. No RSVPs are required.
